Yoga for Spinal Health

In each of the four sessions (Oct. 24 & 31 and Nov. 07 & 14), we will focus on Spinal Health by cultivating safety, balance, alignment, and strength in Hatha Yoga. We will practice at a reduced pace, using dowels to create spinal awareness while holding poses for prolonged periods to build strength and balance. Following an hour of yoga, we'll have the opportunity to release fascial restrictions with the use of balls and stretches. $50 for all four classes or $15 per class (drop-in).
