Drumming represents the heartbeat of life, the rhythm of nature. Drum together in community, moving in synchrony and attune to yourself and the Sacred. Come and experience the spiritual practice of drumming to create community, Attunement and wellness! The circle begins with a Native American smudging practice. Participants are encouraged to bring a drum or any percussion instrument. Children of all ages are welcome when supervised by an adult as long as they can participate in the practice or sit quietly to observe. Only service animals are allowed so as to minimize distractions. Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to set up their space as the event begins promptly on time. For more information, please call Rev. Lynn at 243-8862 or visit www.cslredding.org. Download the flyer.
