YOGA FOR WELLBEING

Drop-in Sliding Scale of $10 to $15 per Person
Join Elena for an anatomy-informed Yoga practice and experience the many benefits Yoga has to offer. This will be a slower moving Hatha practice with the intention of improving functional movements of the daily activities. To build strength and balance, we will be holding poses three to five breaths. Periodically, we will be using balls to perform self-myofascial release. Yoga is uniquely suited to reduce stress and facilitate peace of mind through postures, mediation and pranayama. Namaste! Elena Diaz is a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga instructor and a Myofascial Release practitioner. Elena has since studied with multiple teachers to increase her understanding of anatomy and movement literacy. Her passion is to help people return to a healthy and active lifestyle.
