4-Minute Fitness is a practice for your body, mind and spirit that uses centering, love, affirmations, gratitude and movements from Tai Chi, Yoga and Chi Qong. You will learn how to safely perform the movements, learn how and why it has so many positive benefits, and you will have sufficient practice to be able to perform 4-Minute fitness each day at home. 4-Minute Fitness can be done by anyone, physically fit, balance-challenged, or mobility/sight impaired, because it can be done standing or in a chair.
