Join Silke and practice the Seven Elements of Somatic Yoga to live a better, healthier life. Somatic Yoga focuses on cultivating a deep awareness of the body’s sensations. Somatic Yoga may contribute to brain health and potentially prevent or slow the progression of mental decline.
Regulate the nervous system.
Increase heart rate and oxygen levels.
Use lateral movements.
Mindful breathing.
Build connections to neuropathways.
Expand your sense of awareness using balance and proprioception moves.
