Join Silke and practice the Seven Elements of Somatic Yoga to live a better, healthier life. Somatic Yoga focuses on cultivating a deep awareness of the body’s sensations. Somatic Yoga may contribute to brain health and potentially prevent or slow the progression of mental decline.

  • Regulate the nervous system.

  • Increase heart rate and oxygen levels.

  • Use lateral movements.

  • Mindful breathing.

  • Build connections to neuropathways.

  • Expand your sense of awareness using balance and proprioception moves.
