TAI CHI for Health & Balance



Instructor: Chris Netto, Certified Professional Trainer and Tai Chi Instructor

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCA) is for beginners and seasoned students alike. Experience “Movement as Medicine," and improve your fitness while reducing stress.   Two TCA classes are offered, and both are suitable for all ages, fitness, and skill levels. All classes include meditation, a warm-up and cool-down period, as well as tips and activities on balance, however, Wednesday's class features seated modifications. You may attend once or twice a week as you desire.  For more information, and to register, please call Chris at 469-964-9369 or email her at chris@standingfirmfitness.com.  All other Tai Chi for Health and Balance classes remain the same in 2018, with the 24 forms on Mondays at 11:00AM (advanced class), and Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong and Tai Chi for Diabetes (TCD) on Wednesdays at 9:15 AM (entry level class). 

Mondays 11:00AM to 12:00PM and 12:15PM to 1:15PM (Held in the Sanctuary)
Wednesdays 9:15 to 10:15 AM & 10:30 to 11:30 AM (Held in the Sanctuary)

$9 per Class if You Come 2 Times in One Week, or $10 per Person per Class Meeting
