Experience profound relaxation as you immerse yourself in a healing sound vibration experience created by the Divine and flowing through crystal and Tibetan bowls (from Nepal). Phoebe’s unique vocal sound healing will be included as guided. Let the sound take you on a journey through sound to a sensation of Bliss as we vibrate the chakras, balancing body, mind, and spirit. When the chakras are aligned, healing can begin. Whether you are in need of some extra balancing, or you feel amazing and want to raise your vibration as we ride the waves of awakening, you will be in good company. Phoebe Fazio (you may recognize her name from the years she directed the CSLR Heartsangha Choir) is a credentialed music teacher with 30 years’ experience in vocal and instrumental music, a certificated Yoga teacher, and Reiki Master. She is an intuitive sound healer who has assisted many people with her Reiki/Sound Washing sessions over the past 12 years. Please dress comfortably and bring your Yoga mat, pillows, and blankets as needed for your own comfort. Arrive early enough to set yourself up for the best experience.
