We often think of intentions as simply setting goals - something we decide with our minds and hope to accomplish in the future. But what if intention goes much deeper than that? What if it is a powerful spiritual tool - one that taps into our innate ability to influence reality with our minds? This extraordinary gift is something we are all born with. It is already within us - we just need to learn how to unlock it. Please come with your intention already in mind. Intentions can be for healing (of any kind), for any person, place, or situation. Together, we will:

· Harness the power of group-focused intention to support and heal ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

· Be guided in an opening meditation so our heart, brain, and nervous system operate in sync, bringing us into a       coherent state of Oneness.

· Experience the power of altruism: focusing our intentions on others brings powerful healing back into our own life.

· Learn how to set our intention(s) with clarity of mind and amplify them through the energy of the heart.

· Explore some of the thousands of documented, real-world examples of how intention has been used to create healing, transformation, and miraculous outcomes.
