We all hurt; we all suffer; we all grieve. Regardless of our age, our gender, our ethnicity, or our income, we all mourn.   Regardless of if it is the loss of a job, a fractured relationship, or the death of a loved one, we all experience pain, regret, agony. This highly interactive program promises to embrace you as both the bereft and the listener supporting another who hurts. Cathy’s mantra of “The only way out is through” is the foundation and philosophy of this highly effective and well-orchestrated program. This workshop is designed to help navigate the challenging and raw emotions we experience as the result of loss. It is more than just information; the workshop provides practical skills to use with oneself and others. Participants will be able to address their own personal losses and strained relationships, as well as learn how to be       present for others.
