The December Healing Sound Bath in Redding was powerful.
Two days later Center for Spiritual Living, Redding, experienced a flood that caused them to have to cancel the Winter Solstice, Christmas Eve Candle Lighting, and Sunday services.
They are still trying to get everything back together, and they were able to have last Sunday's service in the sanctuary (without carpet).
So for the January 16 Sound Bath, we will meet ONLINE. Good news for all of you! You can join in from the comfort of your own home. And whatever you can give will be given to CSL, Redding for flood restoration.
I will be donating my share of the fee for the night.
Flooding as a spiritual experience:
When I tune in to the meaning of flooding, I see toxins rising to be removed. This is the perfect time of year (and the next 9 year cycle) for releasing old gunk from our physical, energetic and emotional bodies.

Sound Healing Bath ONLINE
If you have never experienced one of my Sound Baths online, you may be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sound and energy.
I use high quality sound equipment so the experience may even be better than in person. Some people prefer in person due to the energy and physical vibrations. Although this will be "different" it doesn't mean it will be "less than".
For your best experience:
• Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed
• For the best sound, use headphones
• Adjust the volume to your liking
• Use extra pillows and blankets as needed for support
