A Course in Miracles

Daphne Blunck offers A Course in Miracles, an ongoing, drop-in, self-study curriculum that aims to assist its readers in achieving spiritual transformation. The book, A Course in Miracles, describes a non-dualistic philosophy of forgiveness, and includes practical lessons & applications for forgiveness in one's daily life. The introduction to the book contains the following summary, "Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God." A Course in Miracles offers a unique set of tools that, with consistent practice, will transform your perceptions and, in turn, your life. Anyone is welcome to join at any time, so please join us!

TAI CHI for Health & Balance

Instructor: Chris Netto, Certified Professional Trainer and Tai Chi Instructor

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCA) is for beginners and seasoned students alike. Experience “Movement as Medicine," and improve your fitness while reducing stress.   Two TCA classes are offered, and both are suitable for all ages, fitness, and skill levels. All classes include meditation, a warm-up and cool-down period, as well as tips and activities on balance, however, Wednesday's class features seated modifications. You may attend once or twice a week as you desire.  For more information, and to register, please call Chris at 469-964-9369 or email her at  All other Tai Chi for Health and Balance classes remain the same in 2018, with the 24 forms on Mondays at 11:00AM (advanced class), and Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong and Tai Chi for Diabetes (TCD) on Wednesdays at 9:15 AM (entry level class).
