Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. This is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care. Are you curious about energy therapies? Do you want to learn how to help yourself and others to reduce pain, stress, anxiety, and to promote healing? Then this is the course for you! In this two-day workshop, participants will: Learn about the human energy system, Describe personal perceptions of subtle energy/heart-centeredness, Practice techniques for deep relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, self-care, and supportive care for acute and chronic conditions. Demonstrate how gentle touch assists in balancing the energy field, resulting in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
